Who we are
In jazz sessions, improvisational musicians deliberately deviate
from the backing scale to create impactful, original phrases.
This technique is called “scale out.”
As the name suggests,
Scale Out is a company that values challenges that begin
with the “essence” of people and organizations,
combining unconventional thinking with a trial-and-error approach that can be replicated,
to create impactful innovations and new businesses.

We provide collaborative support based on two pillars:
“Activate,” which involves creating a target population and identifying unique value propositions,
and “Accelerate,” which involves establishing value and building business models through trial and error.
Based on our scale-out activation and acceleration model and over 10 years of practical experience, we offer a wide range of support, from comprehensive assistance to individualized support, in areas such as innovation management, new business development, DX/CX, and human resource development/organizational development.
Based on ScaleOut’s “Venture Inbound Model™,” we are promoting collaborative projects from two perspectives: “domestic companies x overseas startups” and “investment in overseas startups and support for domestic entry,” with ScaleOut itself participating as a member.
