Our Team
In jazz sessions,
improvisational musicians deliberately deviate from the backing scale to create impactful,
original phrases.
This technique is called “scale out.”
As the name suggests,
Scale Out is a company that values challenges that begin with the “essence” of people and organizations,
combining unconventional thinking with a trial-and-error approach that can be replicated,
to create impactful innovations and new businesses.
Our experienced and passionate team members collaborate
to navigate the uncertain journey of trial and errorand discover impactful opportunities.
